Als Beispiel soll hierfür die Arbeitsform der Projektarbeit aufgezeigt werden, bei welcher auf verantwortungstragenden Ebenen von Dienstleistungsunternehmen die berufliche Tätigkeit nicht als Einheit gesehen wird, sondern in verschiedene zeitlich begrenzte Abschnitte, sogenannte »Projekte«, eingeteilt wird. Damit einhergehend wird verstärkt auf teamorientiertes und flexibles Arbeiten gesetzt.
